Ming + James

Piano-voice duo Mingjia Chen and James Fernando was born on the glistening peaks of Banff, Alberta, when James (Philly/DC) and Mingjia (Toronto/LA) decided to invest in possibly the least practical method of music-making... starting a long distance contemporary jazz band. What they don't have in common: amount of hair, exercise routine (or lack-there-of), and of course, physical location most of the time. What they do have in common: a love for songwriting, wine, google drive, and Elliott Smith.
